The seminar comprises four main parts:

Goal Setting Workshop

We will look at how to avoid fantasies and unrealistic expectations about your life that can lead to stress and depression.

Visualization

We will explore the power of visualization and you will receive tools and techniques to help you accomplish your greatest ambitions.

Beliefs Discussion

You will strengthen your connections with beliefs you hold that are helping you move forward, and dissociate from limiting beliefs that are restricting your potential and holding you back.

Meditation

The seminar will end with a guided visualization and meditation, providing us with an opportunity to go beyond our minds and access a higher level of consciousness that will stimulate creativity, inner-peace and inspiration.
